2. Products and Services
Luxix Inc. manufactures and sells premium aluminum cabinet components, including:
- Aluminum glass cabinet doors
- Gola handle systems
- LED light channels
- Custom CNC fabrication services
3. Orders and Pricing
3.1 Quotes
All prices are provided via quote and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Pricing may vary based on specifications, materials, quantities, and current market conditions.
3.2 Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Please verify all measurements and specifications before confirming your order.
3.3 Payment
Payment terms will be specified in your quote. A deposit may be required for custom orders before production begins.
4. Pickup Policy
All orders are available for pickup only at our facility located at 601 Rivermede Rd, Concord, ON L4K 2G8. Due to the size and delicate nature of our products, we do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. Customers are responsible for providing appropriate transportation for their orders.
5. Lead Times
Standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most products. Lead times may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production schedule. Rush orders may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
6. Quality and Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All products are inspected before release. Please inspect your order upon pickup and report any defects or damage immediately.
Manufacturing defects discovered within 30 days of pickup will be addressed at our discretion through repair, replacement, or credit. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use.
7. Limitation of Liability
Luxix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Luxix Inc. and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
