What is the lead time for aluminum cabinet door orders?
Standard lead time is 5-10 business days for most aluminum glass cabinet doors, gola handles, and LED light channels. Rush orders may be available for urgent projects - please contact us to discuss your timeline.
Do you deliver aluminum cabinet components to Toronto and the GTA?
Currently, all orders are pickup only at our Concord, Ontario facility (601 Rivermede Rd Unit 3, L4K 2G8) due to the size and fragile nature of glass products. We serve cabinet makers, kitchen designers, and millwork companies throughout Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton, and the Greater Toronto Area.
Is there a minimum order quantity for cabinet components?
No, we accept orders of any size. Whether you need one custom aluminum glass door or a hundred gola handles, we're happy to help. We're a B2B supplier serving cabinet makers and kitchen professionals of all sizes.
Do you cut gola profiles and light channels to length?
No. Gola handles and LED light channels are supplied in standard 3000mm lengths, and COB LED strips come by the reel — you cut those to your cabinet on site. Aluminum glass cabinet doors are the exception: those are made to size, CNC cut to your specifications with ±0.1mm tolerance.
What types of glass are available for aluminum cabinet doors?
We offer 5mm tempered glass in clear, frosted, and tinted options for our aluminum frame cabinet doors. All glass is safety-rated tempered glass suitable for kitchen cabinet applications.
What gola handle profiles do you offer?
We manufacture two gola profiles: the C-profile, which sits between drawers, and the J-profile (also called an L-profile by some shops — it is the same part) that runs under the countertop. Finishes are matte black, brushed gold, grey and silver, all extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum and supplied in 3000mm lengths.
How do I calculate door and drawer front sizes for gola handles?
For each gola profile that crosses the cabinet face, deduct 1 1/4 inches (31.75mm) from the combined front height, then divide what remains among the doors and drawer fronts however your design calls for. A base cabinet with a J/L-profile under the counter and one C-profile between two drawers loses 2 1/2 inches in total. Make the deduction before cutting the fronts, not after.
