Measure Box Size
Measure cabinet box height and width. Deduct 1/8" to 3/16" from each dimension for clearance.
Install Hinges
Attach European hinges at the pre-drilled CNC-machined holes for precise alignment.
Mount & Adjust
Hang door on cabinet and adjust hinges for proper alignment and soft-close function.

Specifying Doors for a Build
Aluminum glass doors go where a solid front would feel heavy: upper runs, display cabinets, built-in bars and walk-in closets. The Taçara frame shows 3mm of aluminum around the glass, so what reads from across the room is the glass itself, not the frame. Every door leaves our Concord shop cut to the sizes on your list, with hinge holes CNC drilled for European hinges.
Glass choice sets the character of the piece. Clear and the mirror tints suit display work and closets, frosted hides contents in a working kitchen, and the fluted and reeded textures turn up in much of our recent portfolio work across the GTA. Bronze and grey tints warm or cool the palette without changing anything about the cabinet build. There are ten options in total, and the samples are at the shop if you want to compare them in person.

How to Order
Every order of aluminum glass cabinet doors is CNC cut to your specifications at our facility at 601 Rivermede Rd Unit 3 in Concord, ON. We machine to a ±0.1mm tolerance on equipment we built ourselves, because off-the-shelf machines could not hold the tolerances this work needs.
There is no minimum order. Whether you need one piece for a single cabinet or a full run for a kitchen, the process is the same. Standard lead time is 5-10 business days.
All orders are pickup only from our Concord shop. We do not ship — aluminum profiles and glass do not survive couriers well, and local pickup is what keeps the turnaround short.
