Plan Layout
Measure installation area and calculate required strip length. Note any corners or obstacles.
Cut to Length
Cut strip at designated points (Regular COB) or anywhere (Cut Anywhere COB) to fit your space.
Mount & Connect
Clean surface, peel adhesive backing, press firmly. Connect to 24V power supply.

Matching a Strip to the Job
Regular COB carries 480 LEDs per metre and cuts at marked 50mm intervals. Choose it when your runs land on standard increments, which is most under-cabinet and cove work. Cut Anywhere COB carries 320 LEDs per metre and cuts at any point along its length, which is what you want when a run has to end exactly at a corner, a mullion or the edge of a niche.
Both are 24V, dimmable with PWM controllers, and CRI 90+ so cabinet finishes and countertops read true under them. Most kitchen work lands between 2700K and 4000K; the cooler 5000K and 6500K ends of the range suit task and workshop areas. Standard strips are IP20 for dry interiors; spec the IP65 silicone-coated version anywhere near a sink or in a bathroom vanity.
Strips are supplied by the reel from stock in Concord, and they pair with our aluminum light channels, which house the strip, act as its heatsink and carry the diffuser. The channel chooser is covered in our LED channel guide.
How to Order
We supply COB LED strips as full reels, not cut to order. You cut to length on site at the strip's marked cut points. Stock is held at our shop at 601 Rivermede Rd Unit 3 in Concord, ON.
There is no minimum order. Order a single reel or a full pallet — the process is the same.
All orders are pickup only from our Concord shop. We do not ship — aluminum profiles and glass do not survive couriers well, and local pickup is what keeps the turnaround short.
To order, tell us the profile, the finish and how many reels you need. No cut list is required — that is only for made-to-size glass doors.
